An Educative Visit of Students of Dept. of Law and Human Rights to Chittagong Port

 

On 7th July 2013, the students of 3rd year 1st semester of Department of Law and Human Rights of University of Asia Pacific went to Chittagong Port for the purpose of visiting a renowned ship named Jahan Moni to know the laws relating to Carriage of Goods by Sea as they have a course in this semester named Mercantile Law (Law-339). Mr. Captain Mohiuddin Abdul Kadir, CEO, Interport Maritime Ltd. was the instructor. By this visit the students have gathered first-hand experience on Carriage of Goods by Sea. The students finished the visit with tremendous academic output under the guidance of Mr. Abdullah Al Noman, Lecturer and Sumaya Kowsar, Lecturer of Dept. of Law and Human Rights, UAP.
